2. Eligibility & Requirements

To ensure a smooth rental experience, renters must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• A major credit card and proof of insurance are necessary for booking.
• Additionally, renters must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Payment

For a seamless reservation process, here’s what you need to know:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments.
• Moreover, a security deposit will be held during the rental period and refunded upon the vehicle’s safe return.

4. Rental Period & Usage

To avoid additional fees and ensure a great experience:

• Rentals are charged on a daily basis (24-hour period). Therefore, late returns may incur additional charges.
• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
• Furthermore, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Hence, our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the rental date qualify for a full refund.
• If canceled within 48 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Unfortunately, no-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

6. Insurance & Liability

For your peace of mind, please note:

• The renter is fully responsible for any damage, theft, or accidents during the rental period.
• Insurance coverage must meet Harboring Luxury’s minimum requirements.
• Additionally, extra coverage options may be available upon request.

7. Traffic Violations & Tolls

To avoid any surprises after your rental:

• The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, or toll charges incurred.
• Unpaid violations may result in additional administrative fees.

8. Referral Program & Affiliate Terms

At Harboring Luxury, we reward loyalty! Here’s how our Referral Program works:

• Referrers earn 10% commission on completed bookings made through their unique referral link.
• Commissions are paid out monthly, subject to verification.
• However, any misuse or fraudulent activities will lead to immediate removal from the program.

9. Vehicle Management Program

For vehicle owners looking to partner with us:

• Owners must provide valid registration, insurance, and maintenance records.
• Payouts are based on rental earnings and are subject to service fees.
• Additionally, Harboring Luxury reserves the right to refuse or remove any vehicle from the program at its discretion.

10. Modifications & Termination

We continuously strive to improve our services, so:

• Harboring Luxury reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Any violation of these terms may lead to termination of rental agreements without refunds.
