At Harboring Luxury, we strive to provide a seamless and premium car rental experience. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures transparency and fairness for all our clients. Please review the details below before booking your rental.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
• 24 to 48 hours before pickup: 50% refund of the total rental cost.
• Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

• Early Returns: No refunds or credits for early returns after the rental period has begun.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the agreed-upon time without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
• Security Deposit Refund: Deposits are refunded within 5-7 business days after the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was rented.

Modification Policy

• Rental dates can be modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, subject to availability.
• Any rate differences due to date changes will be applied.
